On 28 December 2025, after the traditional farewell toast, Gerti and Ewald Mandl handed over Restaurant Quellenhof with great pride to Giovanni Rizzo as the new owner. At the same time, we are delighted that Hannes Mandl remains with the house as host and will continue to shape the Quellenhof with his great experience, his warmth and his closeness to the guests.
The handover marks a significant moment full of gratitude, trust and confidence. Proven hospitality, a well-established team and the special atmosphere of the house remain in place and form the basis for the next chapter in the history of the Quellenhof.
