For us, this is the finest confirmation: proven quality, warm hospitality and the familiar atmosphere in Rapperswil’s old town remain in place.
Everything is still prepared fresh and homemade – from the salad dressing to the Wiener Schnitzel with Austrian breadcrumbs and the original Kaiserschmarrn. Our house wine, made together with an Austrian winemaker, is an essential part of it too.
